Sue steps up to support clients in Wangaratta

Elders’ Wangaratta branch has produced the company’s monthly Sales Award winner with Sue Davies being recognised for her proactive and hard working attitude towards servicing her clients.

Following the passing of Elders Wangaratta’s livestock sales rep 18 months ago, Ms Davies has stepped up to take on the sales role within the branch, ensuring local clients continued to receive a high level of support.

Ms Davies explains that it was a great opportunity to step into the role, but it was also what needed to be done to ensure clients weren’t let down.

“I already had relationships with many of our clients so it was about stepping up and extending my service to give them the help they needed to continue business as usual,” says Ms Davies.

“It definitely wasn’t easy – the area is saturated with agents – but I knew it was important both for Elders and our customers that we continued to have a familiar presence.”

Branch manager of Elders Albury, Tony Killallea, says that Sue has played an important role in providing continuity and raising the standard of customer service for clients in the district.

“Sue is persistent and humble in her approach to client transactions. She gains the respect of her clients and the other agents around her by continuing to learn and develop her skills, with the customer’s best interest always in mind,” says Mr Killalea.

“We are very fortunate that she has stepped up to take on extra responsibilities and have been able to achieve some fantastic results for her clients along the way by leveraging the power of the people around her and her can-do attitude,” he says.

In recognition of her award within the business, Ms Davies will be invited to attend the annual One Elders awards night in December with the opportunity to win the overall sales performance award for 2017.
