Elders Bunbury’s Jenny Rodwell recognised for client commitment
Elders Bunbury’s team has been consistently recognised amongst the top performers throughout the year, with Jenny Rodwell the latest to be awarded the Company’s One Elders Operational Performance Award.
As Senior Sales Support Officer for the branch, Ms Rodwell’s role varies from data entry to sponsorships, and welcoming clients into the branch. She has a passion for great customer service, enabling her to create strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.
“I am so thrilled to receive the One Elders Operational Performance Award and feel very lucky to be a part of a great organisation. Our Bunbury branch is full of amazing people and I’m very proud to be working in such a great team and working environment.”
Ms Rodwell says communication is always key, both internally and with clients. She loves a challenge, particularly when it means the situation can be turned around to create a positive outcome.
“I really enjoy reconciling and problem solving. I think it’s important to welcome new clients and outline our terms and conditions for buying livestock and merchandise.”
Elders Area Manager, Simon Wilkinson says Jenny has taken ownership of the branch’s debtors, communicating with clients and taking time to explain terms and conditions and continually following up.
“In livestock alone the business exceeds $100m turnover so it is essential we constantly communicate with clients. Jenny does this with the upmost respect and commitment and where needed will not hesitate to talk to the necessary colleagues to assist in the collection.”
“I commend Jenny on her consistency with the task of debtor control in amongst many other daily responsibilities.”
Ms Rodwell will be invited to attend the annual One Elders awards night in December with the opportunity to win the overall operational performance award for 2017.
