Real Estate star recognised

Elders Real Estate Administrator, Alex Cornelissen has been recognised with a One Elders Operational Performance award for ensuring the real estate operations of the South Australian, Victorian and Tasmanian teams are running smoothly at all times.

Supporting the state and franchise real estate managers, Alex utilises her knowledge and experience to create efficiencies within the network. Alex conducts her role with integrity and high standards at all times, and continues to demonstrate the One Elders Values.

Alex on-boarded the new Mornington Peninsula franchise, introducing Elders’ systems to the new employees and providing extensive training.

Elders Real Estate Franchise Manager, Darren Barlow says Alex takes on additional tasks and duties to ensure the Real Estate operation continues to function with diligence, efficiency and professionalism.

“An example was within the training function we offer to real estate employees – Alex was quick to make suggestions to improve the overall quality of courses, and took the initiative of locking in the appropriate trainers and venues all with little input.

“Alex can only be described as the ultimate team member providing assistance to not only her own team, but also others throughout the Elders business. Having become the ‘go-to’ person for advice, Alex provides assistance in all facets of the reporting process with a smile and a can-do attitude,” Darren says.

Alex says ensuring the operations run smoothly in the Elders Real Estate network is a team effort.

“We all work together to ensure our agents have the tools they need to be able to uphold their high level of professional service to clients.

“I’m very excited and honored to be recognised with a One Elders Award for Operational Performance.”

“I have had many highlights this year but a real stand out was the Elders Real Estate conference. The real estate administrators came together to organise the conference in Darwin, with over 160 agents from the network attending.”

Alex is invited to attend the 2017 Annual One Elders Awards in Adelaide this December and will be eligible to win the overall operational performance award for the year.
