About the program
We’ve been working for Australian agriculture for over 180 years and have recently been voted as the most trusted name in agriculture for the second year running*.
This program will provide hands-on training to the next generation of sales agents, enabling them to make a difference for livestock producers and regional Australia.
As a trainee, you’ll be provided with the tools, training and be mentored by Elders highly experienced livestock leaders.
Upon completion you’ll have a broad understanding of Elders and the agricultural industry with the opportunity to apply for permanent roles within livestock sales at Elders.
“The biggest thing I’ve learned being an agent, is not just the technical skills, it’s certainly been dealing with people.”
Matt Tinkler, Elders Trainee graduate, now state livestock manager.
Matt Tinkler started his career with Elders in 2005 as an Elders Trainee. Today he’s the Elders State Victoria and Riverina Livestock Manager!
