Esperance agri finance manager recognised for outstanding performance
With decades of experience in the business, Kevin Wallington, Elders’ Esperance branch Agri Finance Manager, is an expert in client service. This month, his customer-focused approach to agri finance has earned him a One Elders Sales award.
Elders’ Area Manager for Esperance, Goldfields, and Nullarbor, Geoff Irvine, says clients have a lot of confidence in Kevin’s abilities and his dedication to going the extra mile to deliver what they need.
“Kevin is second to none in terms of the level of customer service he provides,” says Mr Irvine.
“It takes a lot to convert a client in agri finance because the relationship requires so much trust. It’s evident from Kevin’s client book that his clients are confident in his abilities and willing to put their trust in him for the long-term.”
“He also takes the time to refer clients within the branch when he can see that they will benefit from one of the other services we offer. This attitude allows our customers to get a more complete service, all in one place, dealing with one business.”
Kevin works within a close team at the Esperance branch who cover an extensive geographical area, with some of his clients based up to 1000km’s from the branch.
“Our support staff are really important to us. They help Kevin and all of us to be able to visit clients, knowing that the wheels will continue to turn when we’re out of office,” says Geoff.
Our branch has had quite a turn-around in the last few years and Kevin has played an important part in this.
“You can’t teach the level of expertise and skill that Kevin brings to the role – it’s acquired from years in the business and drive of the individual to always seek the best results for clients.”
In recognition of his award within the business, Mr Wallington will be invited to attend the annual One Elders awards night in December with the opportunity to win the overall sales performance award for 2017.
