Toowoomba take Branch of the Year award for stand out team
The Elders Toowoomba branch have won the 2016 One Elders Branch of the Year award in recognition of their high level of skill, services, and dedication to clients at an awards night in Adelaide last night.
As a result of ongoing dedication to staff development, the Toowoomba branch is known amongst the farming communities they service for its knowledgeable and experienced advisors.
Branch manager, Darren Hartwig, says that he was extremely pleased to receive the award on behalf of his team.
“We have a really strong work ethic within the branch that is complimented by a supportive team culture and a desire to achieve the best outcome for our clients at all times,” said Mr Hartwig.
“I’m really proud of everything we’ve achieved this year and for it to be recognised on a national level is incredibly humbling,” he says.
Mr Hartwig says that driving a focus on staff development and retention has leads to valuable, long lasting client relationships, a happy work place, and excellent yearly results.
“Through well-trained and long-term staff we have built a strong brand presence in the Toowoomba district and strong relationships with our clients within this area,” says Mr Hartwig.
“We are able to pass on valuable knowledge to our clients from experience in the industry and well-established relationships with supplier company and industry contacts.”
This knowledge includes offering our clients the latest market information and access to innovative solutions and products as they become available.
