One Elders Sales Performance Award
Michael Little, Farm Supplies Sales Manager in Mount Gambier was awarded the One Elders Sales Performance Award for his can-do attitude, attention to detail and reputation for delivering, that lead to the recent win of a large fertiliser tender.
The large local forestry business was willing to pay a higher cost per ton, explaining that they knew the difference would be made up in time not wasted during delivery saying “Mick is the only person who can handle the logistics of the job”.
With the successful dispatch of approximately 3000 ton of bulk, blended, bulk bag and Small Bag products, a further contract was secured to become sole supplier for all their fertiliser, chemical and liquid fertiliser inputs for the next 3 years, an agreement that is worth approximately $7,500,000. A fantastic result.
Responsible for pricing, purchasing, transport and logistics of our fertiliser part of the business, Michael is committed to maintaining relationships with representatives, farmers, contractors and the team at Elders to ensure products are always delivered on time.
