Elders Bendigo named branch of the year

Elders Bendigo has been named Elders’ annual Thomas Elder “Pink Shirt Branch of the Year” award winner for 2013.

Elders Bendigo was recognised as achieving high levels of performance in the areas of safety, sales and displaying the values that underpin Elders as a Company.

Accepting the award at a ceremony in Adelaide, branch manager Todd Brown said the branch is proud of the award which reflects the hard work from across the Bendigo team.

“We are very proud to win this award as it acknowledges not only the great team in the branch but also our very loyal and dedicated clients who make our jobs so rewarding,” Mr Brown said.

Southern Zone General Manager, Malcolm Hunt said that the branch was a deserving winner, being the highest performing branch in Elders Rural Services across a range of criteria.

“The national award represents the value of working together as a team and understanding your client and the local market,” Mr Hunt said.

“This award is about our staff working together and demonstrating the Elders values that have been a part of this Company’s history for 175 years,” he said.

“Elders have over 200 branches Australia-wide so this award is a credit to the Bendigo team and their hard work,” he said.
