New face drives transformational change in Financial Planning

Mr Beaven brings significant wealth management, financial planning and leadership experience to Elders having contributed to the growth of a number of organisations in Australia and internationally, including ANZ Private, AMP, Suncorp and Lloyds Bank corporate in the UK.

Mr Beaven’s experience will be a valuable asset for the current transformational change currently taking place across the Elders Financial Services business.

In an Australian first, Elders is enhancing referral networks for its financial advisers by leveraging off the international Elders brand presence and forging referral relationships with major industry funds.

Elders general manager financial services, Liz Ryan said the Company is committed to continually innovating processes.

“The addition of Tony to our leadership team brings new ideas and experiences, and opportunities as to how we can improve,” Ms Ryan said.

As part of the financial planning refresh, Mr Beaven said Elders have also announced a unique dealer group service proposition targeting both existing practice owners wanting the freedom to grow their business, and for employed financial planners wishing to start their own business.
