Elders Horsham, in conjunction with AuctionsPlus are pleased to present this incredible former collector’s farm clearance sale.

About the collector

Ken Pipkorn was an avid collector, travelling all over Victoria and New South Wales looking for hidden treasures. He started collecting John Deere tractors over 60 years ago.

Over the years, his love of everything collectable has expanded from tractors, steam engines and old cars to everything from vintage signs, wooden boxes and oil tins to lanterns, manuals and coin collections to name just a few.

The auction

Sales of this magnitude are as rare as some of the pieces available for purchase, so due to the volume of items offered the auction will be broken into five lots, held over two days.

Registration and bidding

Although this auction will be exclusively online, to bid in this auction you are required to register with AuctionsPlus prior.

Payment and collection terms

  • Successful purchasers will receive an invoice by email on Monday 9 August or Tuesday 10 August and are required to make full payment of invoice prior to collection.
  • Purchasers must ensure they forward proof of payment via email.
  • Elders accounts can be used with pre-approval from the branch manager where your account is held.
  • EFTPOS available on collection, credit cards will attract a 0.4% fee.
  • All items are to be collected between 10:30 am and 4:00 pm from Wednesday 11 August until Friday 13 August. Collection is subject to current Covid restrictions and government guidelines. Once restrictions allow, items must be collected within seven days in line with government guidelines.

Terms and conditions

This auction will be conducted under the AuctionsPlus sale terms and conditions.
Buyers are requested to familiarise themselves with auction terms prior to the sale.
GST is not applicable to the sale lots, however a buyers premium of 7 per cent plus GST will apply at the fall of the hammer.
