Elders Horsham, in conjunction with AuctionsPlus, are pleased to present the latest clearing sale of the renown Pipkorn collection.

This is your chance to pick-up a unique piece of Australian motoring history. Items include an extensive range of enamel signs, and garagenalia.

About the collector

Ken Pipkorn was an avid collector, travelling all over Victoria and New South Wales looking for hidden treasures. Over the years, his love of everything collectible has expanded from tractors, steam engines and old cars, to wheels, engines and garagenalia. For many years people have been trying to purchase from Ken’s collection to no avail. That is finally changing with this once in a lifetime clearing sale!

The auction

This auction features a range of enamel signs including motoring and agribusinesses, garagenalia such as oil dispensing stands with glass bottles, collections of motoring manuals and roadmaps, vintage chainsaws and vintage fire extinguishers. View all lots via the AuctionsPlus website.

Concludes: Auction timer will commence at 12:00 pm, Saturday 12 February 2022 after which the auction may finish at any time. Once timer has commenced bid increments can be increased to Agent’s discretion.

Registration and bidding

Although this auction will be exclusively online, to bid in this auction you are required to register with AuctionsPlus prior.

Payment and collection terms

  • Successful purchasers will receive an invoice by email by Monday 14 February and are required to make full payment of invoice prior to collection.
  • Purchasers must ensure they forward proof of payment via email.
  • Elders accounts can be used with pre-approval from the branch manager where your account is held.
  • EFTPOS available on collection, credit cards will attract a 0.4% fee.
  • All items to be collected between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm from Monday 14 February until Friday 18 February, subject to current Covid restrictions and government guidelines.

Terms and conditions

This auction will be conducted under the AuctionsPlus sale terms and conditions.
Buyers are requested to familiarise themselves with auction terms prior to the sale.
GST is not applicable to the sale lots, however a Buyers Premium of 7% plus GST will apply at the fall of the hammer.
